Submission Instructions
For the submission process, you can choose from 2 options.
Option 1: Online Editor
For many promotional products, you can use our online editor. Here, you can fully design the chosen product with your logo and branding. After saving your design, the product will be directly added to your shopping cart.
Option 2: Digital Proof
For some products, including premium brands, the online editor is not available. After completing the order process on the webshop, you can upload the files.
This option is also available for products with the online editor. Feel free to ask for help via the icon in the bottom left corner. Please note that requesting a digital proof will incur additional costs.
Main Considerations
- Please submit artwork in vector format if possible.
- If vector artwork is not available, a bitmap can be submitted (the bitmap should be at least 300 DPI at actual size).
- Colour information should be provided in Pantone Coated (PMS C).
- Text should be submitted in font outlines (Outlines).
- All artwork must be embedded in the file (no linked artworks in the file).
