Venditio B.V. specialises in printing various promotional items and corporate gifts. A friendly company based in the Netherlands with 120 employees.
Artwork refers to the logo, text, or image you wish to have printed on the product.
For the ordering process, you have two options:
Option 1: Online editorFor many promotional products, you can use our online editor. Here, you can fully design the chosen product with your logo and branding. Once you’ve saved your design, the product will be directly added to your shopping cart.
Option 2: Digital proofFor some products, including premium brands, the online editor is not available. After completing the order process on the webshop, you can upload the files. We prefer to receive digital files in a vector format (.eps, .pdf, or .ai).
This option is also available for products with the online editor. Feel free to ask for help via the icon in the bottom left corner. Please note that requesting a digital proof will incur additional costs.
Our products can be ordered in small quantities. The minimum order quantity starts from just 1 item in some cases.
We produce all products in-house, so we can manufacture your order quickly. The standard production time is 5 working days. Need it sooner? No problem, we are happy to work with you! We can discuss faster production options. Please contact us to explore the possibilities.
You are always welcome to request a quote from us without any obligation. You are not committed at that point. After that, you can decide if you want to convert the quote into an order. An order can be cancelled up until we receive your approval on the order confirmation and the digital proof. Once we have your written approval, the order cannot be cancelled, as production will begin immediately after approval.
We ship via a courier service. Standard delivery is within 1-2 working (after 5 days of production time) days within the Netherlands and Belgium. For deliveries to other countries, it may take longer. We do not deliver on weekends.
We take customer complaints very seriously. We always do our best to deliver the products as agreed. If the product doesn’t meet expectations or the print differs from what was agreed, please contact us. You should report any complaints via the contact form within 5 working days after delivery. We will handle your complaint based on a physical sample and/or photos. You will receive a response from us within 1 working day. If your complaint is justified, we will remake and resend the order at no additional cost. Reasons for a justified complaint may include a print that differs from the digital proof or the product not functioning correctly. You will receive your order within 6 working days. Due to the personalised nature of the products, a refund is unfortunately not an option. You can return the incorrect products to us.
